I’ve called East Texas home my whole life. I have either taught classes or been an administrator for campuses in Winnsboro, Longview, Gladewater, and Tyler school districts. But after almost 18 years in public education, I became a Realtor®.

I love serving the real estate needs of my clients and customers. Trust and integrity are the two top qualities I pursue.

Peggy Strother – Broker Associate

Peggy Strother has been in the business of real estate now for almost 30 years. She and her daughter, Libby, have been working together in the Gilmer area as well as surrounding areas for the past 11 years as a team.

She has sold properties all around Lake Cypress, Lake Bob Sandlin, and Lake Fork, and has a great deal of experience in waterfront homes, farm and ranch, and residential properties.

Merrandie Saenz

Merrandie Saenz has been an agent since Aug of 2018 but worked for a real estate office even before that. She’s always known she wanted to be a Realtor®. People are her true passion, but homes are a close second.

Merrandie is currently working toward getting a broker’s license as well as hoping to move on to law school to one day become a real estate attorney. She believes you should never stop learning.

Every year since becoming licensed, Merrandie has sold millions of dollars in property. Her marketing background, motivation, creativity, and charisma make her one of a kind.
